and simplicity.
The AGUIRRE pneumatic seed
drill achieves a uniform distribution in each
sowing furrow. It can be used even with small
seeds- onion, rapeseed...- and a dose as small
as 2 kg/Ha.
The exceptional characteristics
of the fan and the design of the whole pneumatic
system enabling sowing even with machines of more
than six metres, maintaining an optimum sowing
width of 12.5 cm.
It has a mechanism available allowing obtaining
the necessary samples for the gauging of each
type of seed in a simple and fast way.

The small
details make our machinery the perfect tool: |

| This
is fitted on the wheel transmitting
the drive to the seeding drill. This
avoids continuing turning when the seed
drill is lifted during the task. With
this the sowing is interrupted at the
right time and the loss of the same
is avoided. |

|
Various
functions are operated from the tractor
cabin using a console:
a) Hectare-meter.
Indicating the sowed surface.
b) Empty
hopper indicator. A red signal on the
console indicates when we enter in the
reserve area.
c) Sowing
controller. This indicates if the seed
drill is stopped and therefore the sowing
is stopped too.
d) Sowing
shutdown. We can shutdown the turning
movement of the seed drill continuing
with the machine/ seed drill on; in
this way we stop the sowing at the moment
we desire; the machine continues as
if it was sowing but with this shutdown.

Track
Remover to eliminate the tracks
of the tractor and leave a homogeneous
sowing area even in tough and rocky
terrains.
Levelling
board adjustable in height, leaving
a perfect sowing area if the terrain
is light.

In order
to only sow with a part of the machine
we can shut down various sowing lines;
these coincide with the folds for
its transport. Both sides are independent
being able to shut down both sides,
or only one, depending on the needs
of each case.

Safety device
for transport on roads. This blocks
the folding cylinders of the wings.
It allows
switching a hydraulic worm in order
to quickly carry out the seed load.

Its main
function is the shutdown of four sowing
lines – two per each tractor
wheel- in an automatic way so when
the crops grow there are paths marked
at the width previously planned. In
this way we have a guide to carry
out future fertilizing and spraying
tasks with total exactness.
It additionally
indicates the speed of advance and
the sowed surface.

We can operate
on the sowing gear in order to find
the right pressure in accordance with
the type of terrain in each case.

In the 5
and 6 m. models they are assembled
to the outside part of each extension
enabling a perfect adaptation to the
terrain in the whole width of our
machine and achieve, therefore, a
homogeneous seed depth at all times.

On the boot
frame we can adjust the pressure of
all the arms in a fast and quick way.
With this the seed drill is regulated
for any change of seed or of depth.
