High
technology spraying.
Always assembled on stainless
steel the nozzle holder can have four types of
different nozzles. Liquid fertilizer nozzles,
fungicides, insecticides and herbicides can be
adapted to the nozzle holder.
At the same time, due to the
characteristics of the nozzle, these can be of
a hollow cone type, three holes, anti-drift and
of any other type in accordance with the specific
needs of each customer.
Optionally, we can equip our
sprayer with two hydraulic cylinders for the partial
folding of the bar ends. Any obstacle can be easily
avoided without stopping the spraying in the rest
of the bar. Each arm can operate independently;
in this way the versatility is complete to enable
us to adapt to any circumstance of the terrain.

By
means of a modular block of hydraulic
distributors controlled by electro
valves we can operate all the
sprayer functions from the tractor
cabin:
- Bar folding.
- to change from working to transport
position
- General raising
of the initial bar before the
aperture of both sides.
- Turn
corrector. - to be able to
adapt the whole length of the
bar to the variations of the terrain.
- Raising
of the bar ends. - in order
to avoid any obstacle during the
spraying operation.

As
an option, we can equip our sprayer
with an electronic control enabling
us to send to the spraying nozzles a
liquid flow proportional to the speed
of the tractor, whatever the variations
of the speed of its engine may be, in
order to maintain the required L./Ha.
at all times.
By means of
a radar or a sensor in the wheel the
computer knows, at any moment, at what
speed the tractor is travelling, permanently
transmitting instructions to the regulating
valve so as to provide the necessary
flow to the spraying bar. |

A
main aspect is to be able to control
and operate all the spraying functions
from the tractor cabin.
The general
shut down of all the whole bar, the
partial shutdown of each section, or
working pressure modification can be
carried out from the upper console.
The operation
of all the sprayer hydraulic elements,
bar folding, general raising, corrector,
left and/or right end raising is carried
out from the lower console using the
corresponding switch. |

Main
tank product loader. We achieve a complete
and reliable loading of all the phytosanitary
product, without any risks to the user
or to the environment.
Inside there
is a mechanism to wash the chemical
products containers so as their later
recycling has no type of environmental
contamination problems. |

In order
to facilitate the coupling to the
tractor, this is done with a fast
coupling triangle; in this way the
coupling and uncoupling of the machine
is an easy and safe task.

A five-section
distributor corresponding to a sprayer
equipped with an electronic control.
Includes motors for each section,
a general shutdown, security and regulation
valve.
The flow meter
indicates the water flow going to
the spray bars at all times; this
is protected by a filter in order
to avoid breakdowns and to always
provide exact information.
